Specialisations

This isn’t surface-level support. These are the areas I’ve lived, studied, and worked in deeply - where I understand not just the symptoms, but what’s actually going on underneath them.

PCOS

 PCOS isn’t just about cysts - and it’s not just about your cycle.

It can look like:

  • weight that doesn’t shift 
  • constant fatigue 
  • acne that won’t settle 
  • cycles that feel unpredictable or missing altogether 

I know this all to well personally. Underneath it, there’s often a mix of insulin resistance, inflammation, hormone imbalance  -  and most women are given fragmented advice that doesn’t quite connect.

This is where we join the dots.

Endometriosis

 Endometriosis is often reduced to “painful periods.”

But if you live with it, you know it’s so much more than that.

It’s:

  • ongoing inflammation 
  • pain that can sit well beyond your cycle 
  • fatigue that doesn’t make sense 
  • a body that feels like it’s constantly under pressure 

This is another one I know deeply personally.

This work isn’t about pretending it’s something it’s not - it’s about reducing the load on your body, supporting your system, and helping you feel more in control again.

Adenomyosis

 Often overlooked. Often dismissed.
And rarely explained properly.

Adenomyosis is where the lining of the uterus grows into the muscle wall -
which is why it can feel so deep, heavy, and relentless.

It can look like:

  • heavy, flooding bleeding 
  • clots 
  • deep pelvic pain 
  • fatigue that lingers 

And for many women, it doesn’t stop when their period ends.

Underneath it, there’s often inflammation, hormonal imbalance, and increased load on the body - which is why simply managing symptoms isn't enough.
