This Is Glow

Your body isn’t broken - she’s communicating with you.

Most women are told their hormones are “normal” - even when nothing feels right. The pain. The exhaustion. The mood shifts. The weight that won’t budge. I don’t buy that. 


Glow sits at the intersection of science, lived experience, and actual hormone education that pays attention to what your body is trying to tell you. This isn’t about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all advice - it’s about achieving hormonal harmony, understanding your patterns, connecting the dots, and finally making sense of what’s been going on in your body.


This work didn’t come from a textbook. It came from years of not feeling heard, not getting answers, and being told everything was “fine” when it clearly wasn’t. From there, it became a deep dive into understanding what was actually going on through study, lived experience, and a lot of trial, error, and figuring things out the hard way. 


What I’ve learned is this: your body is incredibly intelligent. When something feels off, it’s not random — it’s communication. And when you start to understand those signals properly, everything shifts.

Most women have never received proper hormone education about how their hormones function; instead, they’ve often been told to simply "deal with it." This is where we begin to change that narrative. Glow believes in achieving hormonal harmony without restriction. This journey is about refinement - understanding what your body needs, how it responds, and identifying areas that might be out of balance. We focus on your eating habits, movement, sleep patterns, and stress management, making small, intentional shifts that fit into your busy lifestyle and effectively support your hormones. Sometimes this involves changing what you eat; other times, it means eating more in a way that aligns better with your body's needs. Our approach is rooted in hormone education and emphasizes that this is not about extremes or eliminating everything. Life is meant to be lived and enjoyed, and our social habits are an important part of that. We aim to build something sustainable, supportive, and realistic for your women's health.

Hormonal Health Advocacy

You know your body better than anyone. But too often, women's health concerns are dismissed, brushed off, or told everything is 'normal' - even when it doesn’t feel right. This is where that changes! I help you achieve hormonal harmony by providing hormone education, so you can walk into appointments informed, confident, and able to advocate for yourself. Knowing what to ask, what to question, and when to push back is crucial. Testing can be powerful when it’s used properly, but too often, it creates more confusion than clarity. What to test, when to test, and what it actually means can be overwhelming. And sometimes, even when results come back 'normal,' your body is telling you something very different. Data matters, but so does how you feel, and both deserve to be taken seriously. Because this isn’t about handing your power over - it’s about taking it back.

While Glow does not have a physical space just yet, you'll meet with Nikkie online - we promise it’s almost as good.
