This Is Glow

Your body isn’t broken - she’s communicating with you.

Most women are told their hormones are 'normal' — even when nothing feels right. The pain, the exhaustion, the mood shifts, and the weight that won’t budge often go unrecognized in the broader conversation about women's health. I don’t accept this narrative.

Glow sits at the intersection of science, lived experience, and comprehensive hormone education that truly listens to what your body is trying to communicate. This approach isn’t about quick fixes resembling traditional Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or generic advice; it’s focused on achieving hormonal harmony, understanding your personal patterns, connecting the dots, and finally making sense of the changes happening in your body, whether it’s related to menopause or conditions like endometriosis.

This journey didn’t originate from a textbook. It stemmed from years of feeling unheard, not receiving the answers I needed, and being told everything was 'fine' when it obviously wasn’t. From that frustration came a profound exploration into what was genuinely happening, fueled by study, lived experience, and a lot of trial and error.

What I’ve discovered is this: your body is incredibly intelligent. When something feels off, it’s not random — it’s a form of communication. Once you begin to understand those signals properly, everything shifts.

Believe me it's a hell of a trip....but entirely worth it!

You’re in the right place if:

You’ve been told “everything is normal” - but it doesn’t feel that way.

Your hormones feel all over the place and you don’t understand why. Perhaps you're dealing with conditions like endometriosis or navigating menopause, and you seek clarity through hormone education.

You’re tired of guessing, googling, and trying random things in your journey towards hormonal harmony. You deserve more than generic advice; you want real answers about your women's health.

You’re ready to gain a deeper understanding of your body and how Cognitive Behavioural Therapy can help in managing your symptoms, not fight it.

You're prepared to recognize the impacts and make the change - I can only guide you so far, but you're in control of the doing.

Hormone Harmony

This is about:

Being open and honest about what’s really going on in your body to achieve hormonal harmony, especially in the context of women's health, including conditions like endometriosis.

Sharing the full picture—your lifestyle, stress levels, symptoms, and medical history—is crucial for understanding hormonal balance and managing changes during menopause.

Understanding your hormone patterns is key to making sense of what your body has been trying to tell you. This insight is often enhanced through hormone education and techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, which can help you develop resources to cope with hormonal fluctuations.

Building an approach that actually works for you is essential.

Because the more I understand, the better I can support you.

No judgement. No awkwardness. Nothing is off limits here.

I combine hormone education, personalized support, and practical guidance—so you feel informed, confident, and back in control of your health.

Hormone Pattern Literacy & Cycle Tracking

Most women have never received proper hormone education about how their hormones function; instead, they've often been told to simply 'deal with it.' This is where we can change that narrative. By examining your patterns—including your menstrual cycle, symptoms, energy levels, mood, lifestyle, and stress—we start connecting the dots to help you understand what your body is truly doing and why. Your hormones don’t operate in isolation; they respond to everything happening within your body, especially during pivotal life stages like menopause. When you learn to track and understand these patterns, you can achieve hormonal harmony and alleviate issues such as endometriosis. Incorporating techniques like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy can further support this understanding, eliminating confusion and replacing it with clarity. No guessing. Just a genuine understanding of your body and its needs in relation to women's health.

Lifestyle & Nutrition

Glow believes in achieving hormonal harmony without restriction, particularly for those navigating stages like menopause or dealing with endometriosis. This journey is about refinement - understanding what your body needs, how it responds, and identifying areas that might be out of balance. We emphasize the importance of hormone education as we focus on your eating habits, movement, sleep patterns, and stress management. By making small, intentional shifts that fit into your busy lifestyle, we effectively support your hormones and overall women's health. Sometimes this involves changing what you eat; other times, it means eating more in a way that aligns better with your body's needs. Our holistic approach is not about extremes or eliminating everything. Integrating practices like cognitive behavioural therapy can also enhance your journey, as we believe that life is meant to be lived and enjoyed, with our social habits forming an important part of that. Our goal is to build something sustainable, supportive, and realistic for your women's health.

Hormonal Health Advocacy

You know your body better than anyone. Yet, women’s health concerns—particularly around issues like endometriosis and menopause—are often dismissed or labeled as 'normal' when they don’t feel right. This is where that changes! I help you achieve hormonal harmony through comprehensive hormone education, empowering you to walk into appointments informed, confident, and ready to advocate for yourself. Understanding what to ask, what to question, and when to push back is crucial for your well-being. While testing can be a valuable tool, it often creates confusion rather than clarity, especially in the context of women's health. Knowing what to test, when to test, and what your results actually mean can be overwhelming. Even if your results come back 'normal,' your body might be signaling a different story. Data matters, but so does how you feel, and both deserve to be taken seriously. This journey is not about handing your power over—it's about taking it back, especially if you are also exploring options like cognitive behavioural therapy to support your overall health.

Well hello there......

Your body isn’t broken - she’s just trying to get your attention. This journey isn’t about quick fixes or cookie-cutter protocols; it’s about achieving hormonal harmony through hormone education and understanding the complexities of women's health. Whether it's related to endometriosis or menopause, gaining this insight is essential, especially as you explore strategies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to enhance your well-being.
